- Step 1: On your iPhone, open the default browser and navigate to the official Zoho Mail sign-in page.
- Step 2: Log in to your Zoho Mail account with your login credentials and navigate to Calendar.
- Step 3: Tap on Settings and select Calendar > Synchronize > CalDAV.
- Step 4: In the My Calendars tab, the default calendar will be selected for CalDAV sync.
- Step 5: If necessary, you can select other personal calendars from the My Calendars for Sync using CalDAV list.
- Step 6: To sync your group calendars, go to the Group Calendars tab in the CalDAV sync and choose the respective calendars.
- Step 7: Minimize the browser tab and proceed with configuring your CalDAV sync on your iPhone.
- Step 8: Launch the Settings app by touching the Settings icon on the applications screen.
- Step 9: Tap on Accounts and Passwords in the Settings window and select Add Account.
- Step 10: Select the Other option on the Add Account page and tap the Add CalDAV Account button.
- Step 11: Fill in the Server, Username, Password, and Description fields.
- Step 12: If you have enabled Two Factor Authentication for your Zoho Mail account, generate the application-specific password.
- Step 13: Enter the generated app-specific password in the Password field instead of your Zoho Mail account password.
- Step 14: Tap Next and toggle on the Calendars and Reminders buttons.
- Step 15: Tap the Save button and close the Settings app.
- Step 16: Open the Calendar app and tap on Calendars at the bottom-center of the screen to check if your CalDAV sync was successful.
- Step 17: You can now see the list of calendars from your Zoho Mail account that are currently synced with your iPhone’s Calendar app.
- Step 18: If you wish not to add your Zoho Calendar to your iPhone, go to Settings and tap the Accounts & Passwords tab.
- Step 19: Choose Accounts and select your CalDAV account.
