This page will provide you the coqui email settings for setting up the Coqui e-mail account in the Outlook e-mail client.

Incoming Server Details:

  • Step 1: Incoming server POP/IMAP: POP3

Coqui Email Settings For An Account In Outlook.

  • Step 1: Launch the Outlook application on your computer.
  • Step 2: Click the File tab followed by Account Settings.
  • Step 3: Now, the Account Settings dialog box will open.
  • Step 4: Click the New tab on the Account Settings dialog box.
  • Step 5: Select the E-mail option.
  • Step 6: Choose the Server Settings option by clicking the radio button beside it.
  • Step 7: Click the Next button.
  • Step 8: Select the Internet E-mail Addresses option.
  • Step 9: Now, in the next window, type your Coqui e-mail details as mentioned below.
  • Step 10: Enter your Coqui e-mail account name and e-mail address in the text fields titled, Your Name and E-mail Address.
  • Step 11: Now, go to the Server Information section.
  • Step 12: Select the POP3 option in the Type Account drop-down menu from the coqui email settings.
  • Step 13: Type in the field titled Incoming mail server.
  • Step 14: Similarly, type the outgoing e-mail address in the provided text field.
  • Step 15: Now, navigate to the last section that is Logon Information and enter your Coqui e-mail address and password in the given fields.
  • Step 16: If required, enable the Remember password option.
  • Step 17: Click the More Settings button.
  • Step 18: In the Internet E-mail Settings window, click the Advanced tab.
  • Step 19: Under the Server Port Numbers section, enter the incoming port number as 110 and outgoing port number as 25 in the respective fields.
  • Step 20: After entering all the information correctly, click the OK button followed by Test Account Settings.
  • Step 21: Now, if you have configured the account settings correctly, then you will receive a test mail successfully.
  • Step 22: If not, check and reconfigure the account settings.
  • Step 23: After reconfiguring the account, try to send the test mail.
