  • Step 5:If prompted, change your account’s port and security settings by clicking the More Settings button.
  • Step 6:Similarly, enable the My Outgoing server requires an authentication option in the Outgoing Server tab if prompted.
  • Step 7:Click OK > Next to complete the retrieval process.

For Desktop or Laptop

  • Step 1:Sign in to your Google account from your computer browser.
  • Step 2:Click on the More tab.
  • Step 3:Select the Trash option from the menu list.
  • Step 4:Now, the Trash folder will appear on the screen.
  • Step 5:In the opened folder, you can find the emails that were deleted recently.
  • Step 6:NOTE: Emails that are stored for more than 30 days in the Trash folder will be deleted automatically by Gmail.
  • Step 7:Select the email that you wish to retrieve and click on the Move to button.
  • Step 8:Now, you need to choose the location where you would like to store the retrieved emails and follow the on-screen instructions to complete it.

  • Step 1:Launch the Gmail app or access your Gmail account.
  • Step 2:Go to the account’s Menu section.
  • Step 3:Select the Trash option followed by the message that you want to retrieve.
  • Step 4:Tap More > Move to.
  • Step 5:Choose the correct location to store the retrieved emails.
