• Step 1:Launch the Outlook application and then click File > Add account.
• Step 2:Now, select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
• Step 3:It’s time to choose the service. As said earlier, click the POP or IMAP option. It opens the POP or IMAP Account Settings window.

You can now type the server information in the POP or IMAP Account Settings window. You’ll find three sections. They are:

• Step 5: Type imap.xplornet.com in the Incoming mail server field, and smtp.xplornet.com in the Outgoing mail server field.
• Step 6: In the Logon Information section, enter the username and password in the respective fields.
• Step 7: Move to the Internet Email Settings window. Click the Outgoing Server tab and enable the My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication checkbox. Go to the Advanced tab. From there, enter the port numbers under the Server Port Numbers section as mentioned below.
• Step 8: Incoming server – 993
• Step 9: Outgoing server – 465
• Step 10: Encryption connection – SSL
• Step 11: Afterward, click OK.
• Step 12: Now, your Outlook examines the settings that you’ve entered. Later, you’ll see a green-colored checkmark under the Task section. It indicates that the settings are correct. Click Close.
• Step 13: Finally, select Finish to complete the setup procedure. You can now start accessing your email account.
