- Step 1: Go to your web browser and enter the official Webmail website.
- Step 2: Log in to Webmail using the username and password of the account.
- Step 3: Now, select the spam email and click the More icon.
- Step 4: Select the Block sender option from the displayed list. Then, click OK to confirm to block the sender.
- Step 5: Go to the Settings section at the top-right of the page. Then, select Block Senders.
- Step 6: You can view the list of blocked senders in the list.
- Step 7: If you have accidentally added any email address, remove it.
- Step 8: You can also add a spam email address by typing the address manually.
- Step 9: All the emails you receive from the blocked email address will be directly sent to the Spam folder on your Webmail account.
- Step 10: It is most recommended not to share your email address everywhere. Share the Webmail email address only to your trusted contacts and reliable websites.
- Step 11: When you sign up on websites for newsletters or services, you may receive junk or spam emails to your account.
- Step 12: You can have a disposable email address to use for signing in to untrustable sites.
- Step 13: Enable the Antivirus software on your device to block all spam emails automatically.
- Step 14: You can filter emails that you want to receive in your Inbox.
- Step 15: Launch your Webmail account and select Settings.
- Step 16: Select the Filters option and click the “+” icon.
- Step 17: Add a filter name and choose “matching any of the following rules.”
- Step 18: Select the More option in the Subject list.
- Step 19: Enter “X-Spam-Report” in the first box and type “XPLCT” in the second one.
- Step 20: Select the Move message to option and choose Junk from the drop-down list. Then, click Save.
- Step 21: All the messages from the filter will be directly sent to the Junk folder.
