Simply connecting your Inbox to Hubspot Sales will not import all your documents. You have to upload your documents manually to resolve the Hubspot won't load attachment problem. For this, perform the following simple troubleshooting steps.
Using the documents tab, you can create a library for your team to upload and share documents with your contacts. Most importantly, only the first five documents can be accessed by Hubspot free users. The documents that have been added to your Hubspot account can be viewed in the upper-right corner of the documents dashboard.

Note: If you cannot see an attachment array, upload the file to Hubspot’s file manager first. After that, you have to select the Choose existing file option instead of the Upload new document option for uploading a document. Still, if Hubspot doesn’t load attachments, check if the document's file type and size are supported.
You can upload only the following supported file types.
Note: You can upload the pdf, pptx, csv, docs, and xlsx file types as a trackable document in your Hubspot account.
There is no file size limit to upload. But, it is better to upload files below 1 GB in size.
