How To Import Zoho Mail To Gmail?

Zoho Mail and Gmail are popular cloud-based email services. You can import your emails from Zoho Mail to Gmail in various methods. If you have emails as .EML files on your Zoho Mail, the import process will be quick. Otherwise, you have to manually import Zoho mail to Gmail by switching the mailbox.

Import EML Files From Zoho Mail To Gmail

Step 1: This method shows how to export all the .EML files from Zoho mail. If you wish to import all the .EML files, you should have your Gmail account configured in the desktop email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, and eM Client.

Step 2: First, log in to your Zoho Mail account with the right login credentials.

Step 3: Next, click the Settings icon at the top-right corner and go to the Import/Export tab.

Step 4: In the Export section, select the folder from which you wish to export the emails.

Step 5: Choose the required duration from the drop-down menu and make sure to select the date range for the emails to be exported.

Steps To Manually Importing Zoho Mail To Gmail

Step 1: Log in to your Zoho Mail first and then click the Settings icon at the top-right corner.
Step 2: Under Mail Settings, select the Email forwarding and POP/IMAP option.
Step 3: In the IMAP Access section, select the Enable option (for the IMAP account).
Step 4: Now, navigate to the official Gmail sign-in page.
Step 5: Log in to your Gmail account using the right login credentials and click the Settings icon.
Step 6: Select the Settings option and click the Accounts and Import tab.
Step 7: Click on the Add another email address link and enter your Zoho Mail email address in the text field.
Step 8: Deselect the Treat as an alias checkbox and click Next.
Step 9: Type smtp.zoho.com in the SMTP Server field and enter 465 in the Port field.
Step 10: Enter your Zoho Mail email ID and password in the required fields and click the Add Account button.
Step 11: Now, a confirmation email should be sent to your Zoho Mail account from Gmail.
Step 12: Open the email and click on the confirmation link.
Step 13: Next, click the Settings icon at the top of the Zoho Mail account page and select the Email forwarding and POP/IMAP option.
Step 14: Under the Email Forwarding section, click Add email address and enter your Gmail address in the Email ID field.
Step 15: Click Add to send a confirmation email to your Gmail.
