  • Step 4: Click the Properties button.
  • Step 5: Go to the Servers tab of the Properties window.

    Outgoing Server

    (SMTP): smtp.rediffmailpro.com
  • Step 9: Similarly, make sure that you have entered your email address and account name correctly in the respective fields.
  • Step 10: Make sure that the option titled Log on using Secure Password Authentication is not selected. If selected, de-select it.
