Steps To Configure Spectrum Imap Settings

Configuring the Spectrum account on iPhone using its IMAP and POP3 settings

Initially, make sure that your iPhone is connected to the internet.
Next, open the Mail application on it.
Tap the Other option.
In the given field, type your Spectrum account’s email address.
Enter “mobile.charater.net” in the Description field.
Tap Next.

Configuring the Spectrum account on Microsoft Outlook 2013, 2016, or 2019

You can use the manual or automatic method to configure your account on Outlook.

Method 1: Automatic

Open Outlook.
Click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings > Email > New.

Enter your Spectrum account’s name, email address, password in the given fields.

Method 2: Manual

Click the File tab on the Outlook 2013, 2016, or 2019 application’s main screen.

Click on the Email tab.
Select Manual Setup > IMAP.
Type your Spectrum email account’s user information and logon information in the given fields.
Click the More Settings button and configure the server settings correctly.
Finally, click Test Account Settings to check whether the account configuration is done correctly.
