  • Step 2:Using the My Shaw website.

Using The My Shaw App:

  • Step 1:If you haven’t installed the My Shaw app on your Android or iOS device, install it first.
  • Step 2:Launch the My Shaw app and log in to it using your Shaw ID and password.
  • Step 3:Tap the Menu icon.
  • Step 4:Tap Shaw Email Accounts > email you want to modify > Change Password.
  • Step 5:In the given field, enter a new password for your Shaw account and tap Save.

Using The My Shaw Website:

  • Step 1:From your device’s web browser, navigate to the Shaw email account’s login page.
  • Step 2:In the given field, type your Shaw ID and password.
  • Step 3:Click the Login button.
  • Step 4:Click My Services > Internet once you log into your account.
  • Step 5:Go to the Email Accounts section and click Add.
  • Step 6:Type a new password in the field title New email password and click Update.
  • Step 7:Now, try to sign in to your Shaw email account using the new password.
