  • Step 1:First, you need to connect to your server or web hosting platform.
  • Step 2:After connecting it, go to the IIS Manager section on your Windows computer and click the Sites.
  • Step 3:Check whether the MailEnable Webmail application pool is running.
  • Step 4:If it is stopped, start it.
  • Step 5:Now, click on the search box and type meinstaller. Double-click meinstaller from the search result to run it.
  • Step 6:Run MailEnable Installer on your computer.
  • Step 7:Select the option that says Web application reconfigure.
  • Step 8:When prompted, enter a random password for your MailEnable account.
  • Step 9:Click the Next button.
  • Step 10:Now, select the Re-Register Administration (MCC) Components option followed by Set .NET Framework version for web applications.
  • Step 11:Click the Apply button.
  • Step 12:Now, restart IIS using the following command: iisreset

The above steps would have fixed the MailEnable account error 503.

Unable To Access MailEnable

  • Step 1:Connect to the server using the remote desktop protocol (RDP).
  • Step 2:Go to the following folder: %SystemDrive%\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_17.5.3\thirdparty-msi-Windows-any-x86_64\
  • Step 3:Select the vcredistXX_x64.msi and vcredistXXX_x64.msi packages and install them.
  • Step 4:Now, go to the Start menu. 
  • Step 5:Select Server Manager > Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
  • Step 6:Choose the MailEnableAppPool application and restart it.
  • Step 7:Now, check if the Webmail error 503 is resolved. If not, contact us.
