Configuring Xplornet Webmail On Mac

Step 1:On your Mac computer, click the Mail icon on the dock.

Step 2:Click Add Account; if necessary, scroll down and then click Add Other Account from the list.

Step 3:On the next screen, click Mail Account.

Step 4:Enter the Xplornet webmail login credentials and then click Sign In > Done.

Step 5:Now, close the Internet Accounts window.

Step 6:Click Mail > Preferences and select the mail account that you set up.

Step 7:Go to the MailBox Behaviors tab and then check if the Drafts, Sent, Junk, and Trash mailboxes are selected.

Step 8:Click the Server Settings tab.

Step 9:Check the User Name in the Incoming (IMAP) and Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Servers.

Step 10:Check if the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) is set as imap.xplornet.com

Step 11:Check whether the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) is set as smtp.xplornet.com

Step 12:Deselect Automatically manage connections settings for both Incoming (IMAP) and Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Servers.

Step 13:For the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) port, type in 993.

Step 14:For the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) port, type 465.

Step 15:When you have completed the server configuration, click Save.

Step 16:Finally, close the Accounts window.

Configuring Xplornet Webmail On Outlook

Step 1:On the Windows computer, click the Start icon and then click on the Outlook app.
Step 2:If prompted, click Cancel.
Step 3:In the Outlook window, click the File option.
Step 4:Select Advanced on the next screen.
Step 5:Scroll down to select Send and receive and then click Send/Receive.
Step 6:On the next screen, click Edit.
Step 7:Click Account, then type your Xplornet email address, and then click Account Properties.
Step 8:Go to the IMAP Email or POP Email tab.
Step 9:In the Incoming Mail Server, in the IMAP section, type imap.xplornet.com. If you select POP3, then type pop.xplornet.com
Step 10:For the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), type in smtp.xplornet.com
Step 11:In the User Name text field, type your Xplorenet email address.
Step 12:In the Password text field, enter your email password.
Step 13:Under the Outgoing Server tab, you’ll have to select the checkbox for the option, My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Next, choose the Use same settings as my incoming mail server option.
Step 14:Next, click the Advanced tab and verify the following settings.
Step 15:Encrypted connection: SSL/TLS for Incoming and Outgoing.
Step 16:Incoming server Port Number - IMAP: 993 or POP3: 995
Step 17:Outgoing server (SMTP) Port Number: 465
Step 18:Click OK to save the settings.
