CONFIGURE YANDEX MAIL IN OUTLOOK USING THE INCOMING MAIL SERVER
Step 1:First, launch the Outlook application on your computer.
Step 2:Next, click the File tab at the top-left corner of the window.
Step 3:Select the Info section from the left menu panel and click the Add Account button under Account information.
Step 4:Click Manual setup or additional server types in the Add Account window and click the Next button.
Step 5:Select the POP or IMAP option from the list and click Next.
Step 6:Under the User Information section, enter your name and email address into the respective fields.
Step 7:Next, go to the Server Information section, click on the Account Type field, and choose the option you want to use.
Step 8:Refer to the above server details and complete the Server Information settings.
Step 9:Under the Logon Information section, enter the user name and password into the respective fields.
Step 10:Click the More Settings button on the right side of the window.
Step 11:Select the Outgoing Server tab at the top of the dialog box.
Step 12:Here, make a tick mark in the “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” checkbox and click “Use same settings as my incoming...” from the list.
Step 13:Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the window.
Step 14:Now, refer to the above server details to complete the incoming and outgoing port settings.
Step 15:Once you have completed all the settings, click the OK and Next buttons.
Step 16:In the Test Account Settings dialog box, click the Close button.
Step 17:Finally, click on the Finish button.
