PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

The proper Incoming server settings are:

Step 1: Incoming Server Name: imap.zoho.in

Step 2:Port: 993

Step 3:Require SSL: Yes

Step 4:Username: The Zoho Mail address

Step 5: Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.in

Step 6:Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

Step 7:Require Authentication: Yes

ORGANIZATION ACCOUNTS

Step 1:Incoming Server Name: imappro.zoho.in
Step 2:Port: 993
Step 3:Require SSL: Yes
Step 4:Username: Zoho email address
Step 5:Outgoing Server Name: smtppro.zoho.in
Step 6:Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Step 7:Require Authentication: Yes during the Zoho mail outlook settings.

Step 1:Open the Outlook 2016 application on your Windows computer.
Step 2:Click the File menu and select the Add Account option.
Step 3:Select the Manual setup or additional server type option and click the Next button.
Step 4:Select the POP or IMAP option from Choose Service and click the Next button.
Step 5:On the Add Account page, you have to enter the following information.

User Information

Step 1:Your Name: The name you want to be displayed.

Server Information

Step 1:Select the IMAP option from Account Type.
Step 2: Enter the Incoming mail address (personal or professional): imap.zoho.in or imappro.zoho.in
Step 3:Outgoing Server: smtp.zoho.in

Logon Information

Username: The Zoho email address
Password: The Zoho email password

Step 1:Click the checkbox for the Remember password option.
Step 2:Click the More Settings button.
Step 3:Click the Outgoing Server tab, select the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option, and make sure the checkbox is ticked for Use same settings as my incoming server option.
Step 4: Click the Advanced tab and enter the following information.

1. Incoming Server (IMAP):993
2. Select the SSL option from the drop-down list.
3. Outgoing Server (SMTP):465
4. Select the SSL option from the drop-down list.

Step 5: Click the OK button.
Step 6: You will now be redirected to the Add Account page.
Step 7:Click the Test Account Settings button to check if the Zoho Mail in Outlook settings are correct.
